Wednesday (02/07):
- Check homework.
- Review: borrowing and carrying.
Thursday (02/08):
- Lesson: 5-7 Math practices and problem solving.
- Use precision to determine the missing number or symbol in an equation.
- Good math thinkers are careful about what they write and say, so their ideas about math are clear.
- Review calendar: Some students still need extra help with homework. (See picture below.)
- The answer for today is 10 “十” and Wednesday "星期三"。
- The answer for tomorrow is 11"十一" (tomorrow is 10 +1=11) and Thursday "星期四" (the next of Wednesday is Thursday. In Chinese Monday is 星期一,Tuesday is 星期二,Wednesday is 星期三,Thursday is 星期四,Friday is 星期五,Saturday is 星期六, and Sunday is 星期日。So,3+1=4 in Chinese is “星期四” .)
- The answer for yesterday is 9 "九"(yesterday is 10-1=9)and Tuesday "星期二" (the day before Wednesday is Tuesday. 3-1=2. in Chinese is "星期二")
